Mercedes Benz Bluetec Hybrid

This car has a diesel motor and an electric motor, what Toyota delivered years ago was petrol hybrid in their Prius model but this is a diesel model and very cleverly assembled. What Mercedes has done they have connected electric motor into the gear box which works in tandem with diesel motor, which saves substantial amount of fuel and this makes car very economical to drive.

Cockpit
It's very luxurious from inside and the good thing is that even by having hybrid tec installed it doesn't effect the space in the car, which you get from the normal E-class Mercedes.

Dials
What makes you feel that you're driving something special is the dials, and inside those dials it's enclosed with on board computer that allows driver to see what the car is doing for e.g. "how much the battery is charged, how many miles it can cover with the on board fuel available & etc.

What you will also find is next to the fuel tank dial it's enclosed with electric motor dial. It shows the driver when the car is charging the battery, in the dial the "Green" shows when the battery is charging depending on speed, braking and etc.
The "Red" area above the "0" MAX its when the car electric motor is putting all the 20-kW in to the drive train to accelerate the car.

Where the other rivals has got to offer sport hybrid such as BMW 5 Series & Lexus GS450H, both of these models got big petrol motors when the Mercedes Bluetec Hybrid has small diesel motor and it offers comfort, luxury and importantly fuel efficiency the results are remarkable.
